Returns Policy

Please fill in the returns for that you will receive with your items for either refund or exchange.

Please return items with original packaging, neat, with tags on, in 'new condition' otherwise we cannot accept them back.

You have 28 days to return items

Please send to the address stated on the returns form.

WE DO NOT COVER THE COST OF THE RETURNS SHIPMENT, you may send to us with the DELIVERY COMPANY OF YOUR CHOOSING! Or you can come into our Unit to return items too.

If you need to return an item, fill out the returns form that you recieved with your order and then send that back with the items you are returning. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or exchange once we've received your items back and they have been checked. Please expect the refund to then take 3-5 working days to show in your bank! (please be aware this process may take longer during the summer holidays).

Shipping

We can ship to any address in the United Kindgom. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations, please email for more details store@kidsconnection.co.uk
